    What is Bull Market?

A bull market is a sustained period of rising prices and positive investor sentiment. In crypto, bull runs can see 5-10x gains across major coins within months.

    Full Explanation

A bull market (or "bull run") describes a financial market condition where prices are rising or expected to rise. In crypto, bull markets are characterized by increasing prices, high trading volumes, mainstream media attention, new retail investors entering, and general optimism. Crypto bull markets historically follow Bitcoin halving events (roughly every 4 years). The opposite is a bear market (sustained price decline). The term comes from a bull thrusting its horns upward.

    Example

The 2020-2021 crypto bull market saw Bitcoin rise from $10,000 to $69,000 and the total crypto market cap reach $3 trillion.
