Terms & Conditions

The Fedha Academy Paper Trading Challenge is a simulated trading competition where participants trade with a virtual portfolio over a fixed duration. No real money is involved. The challenge is designed to test trading skill, discipline, and strategy in a risk-free environment.

• Participation is open to Indian residents aged 18 years and above.
• Each participant is allowed only one account. Multiple accounts per person will result in disqualification of all associated entries.
• Registration requires a valid email address or Google login. Only one account is permitted per email address.
• Fedha Academy employees, contractors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

• Participants must register with their real name and a valid email address.
• Only one account is permitted per email address.
• Fedha Academy reserves the right to investigate and disqualify duplicate accounts.
• Accounts found to belong to the same individual, identified through device fingerprinting, IP matching, behavioural patterns, or other signals, will be flagged and disqualified at Fedha Academy's sole discretion.

• Each participant starts with a virtual portfolio of $10,000.
• Participants may trade any instruments available on the platform during the challenge period.
• Maximum leverage available is 50x.
• Trades designed to artificially inflate P&L, including wash trading, self-dealing, or exploitation of platform pricing errors, are prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification.
• Coordinated hedge trading, placing mirror trades with connected accounts to manipulate leaderboard standings, is prohibited and will result in disqualification of all associated accounts.
• The leaderboard is ranked by P&L percentage unless otherwise stated at the time of launch.
• In the event of a tie, the participant with the higher win rate will be ranked higher. If still tied, the participant with fewer total trades will take precedence.

• The challenge runs for 7 days. The start and end times are in IST and will be stated on the challenge page.
• In the event of a technical error causing the challenge to end earlier or later than scheduled, Fedha Academy will communicate transparently and adjudicate results based on the most fair and complete data available at the time of closure.
• Fedha Academy is not liable for trades missed due to platform downtime, internet connectivity issues on the participant's end, or any other technical failure outside Fedha Academy's control.
• If the platform experiences significant downtime (more than 10% of challenge duration), Fedha Academy reserves the right to extend the challenge or declare a restart.

• The top 5 participants on the final leaderboard will each receive an Amazon Gift Card of ₹1,000.
• Prizes are delivered to the registered email address within 7 days of the challenge closing.
• Prize winners must have completed account setup. Incomplete or unverified accounts are not eligible to receive prizes.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of payout.
• In the event a winner is disqualified post-announcement, the prize will be awarded to the next eligible participant on the leaderboard.

Fedha Academy reserves the right to disqualify any participant, at any time, for any of the following reasons:

• Operating multiple accounts (all associated accounts will be disqualified)
• Providing false registration information
• Engaging in manipulative or fraudulent trading activity including hedge trading and wash trading
• Coordinated trading activity across accounts to manipulate leaderboard standings
• Attempting to exploit platform bugs or pricing errors
• Any conduct deemed to violate the spirit of fair competition

• Fedha Academy's decision on all matters related to the challenge, including results, eligibility, and disqualifications, is final and binding.
• Fedha Academy reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions before the challenge begins. Any changes will be communicated via official channels.
• These terms cannot be modified after the challenge has started.
• Participation in the challenge constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
