    A Practical Futures Trading Rulebook

Built for Survival, Consistency, and Capital Protection

Most traders lose money not because they lack indicators or strategies —
they lose because they Don’t Follow Rules.

This rulebook is built for traders who want Structure Over Excitement,
Risk Control Over Ego, and Consistency Over Lucky Wins.

If you’re looking for shortcuts, this isn’t for you.
If you want to stay in the market long-term, Read Carefully.

    1. Core Philosophy: Risk First, Profit Second

Every trade starts with Risk Control, not profit imagination.

    • Each trade carries a Fixed Pre-defined Risk

    • Position sizing is adjusted using Leverage, not random capital increases

    • No trade gets “Special Treatment” because of confidence or bias

    Key Principle:

If risk is not fixed, emotions will control the trade.

    2. Entry & Exit Structure (Mandatory)

    Entries

    • Never enter full size at once

    • Always scale in by Plan, not by panic

    Exits

    • Always book profits in Parts

    • First target hit → Stop Loss moved to Entry

    • Second target hit →

      • Book majority of the position

      • Hold only 10–20% Runner if:

        • Market structure supports continuation

        • Or SL can be trailed safely to a key level

    This structure ensures:

    • Capital protection

    • Psychological stability

    • Participation in extended moves without greed

If you go all-in and all-out, you’re trading emotions, not markets.

    3. Stop Loss Rules (Non-Negotiable)

    Swing Trades

    • SL based on:

      • Daily candle close

      • Or higher timeframe structure break

    • Loss must stay within predefined limits

    • Soft SL allowed only while structure remains valid

    Scalp Trades

    • SL based on 1H or 30MIN Candle Close

    • No widening SL

    • No “just one more candle” logic

    Reality Check:
Moving SL after entry is not management — it’s fear.

    4. DCA Rules (Read Carefully)

DCA is a Planned Execution Tool, not a damage-control button.

    Swing Trades (Major Coins)

    • DCA only near strong structural zones

    • Wait for reversal confirmation

    • Exit only when structure breaks

    Swing Trades (Altcoins)

    • DCA strictly as per predefined levels

    • SL is mandatory

    • No mid-trade improvisation

    Scalp Trades

    • DCA only if planned beforehand

    • Strict SL enforcement

    • No emotional averaging

If your DCA decision comes after price moves against you, you already messed up.

    5. Entry Conditions (This Filters Bad Trades)

    Only enter trades when:

    • Price is near Confirmed Support or Resistance

    • Market shows acceptance or rejection

    • Entry is based on structure, not candle excitement

    Avoid:

    • Chasing impulsive candles

    • Late entries

    • FOMO-based decisions

Late entries don’t fail because of liquidity — they fail because of impatience.

    6. Night & Away-Time Protection Rules

    If you’re:

    • Sleeping

    • Busy

    • Away from charts

    Then protection is Mandatory.

    Rules:

    • Always use Hard Stop Loss

    • Do NOT wait for candle close

    • SL should be placed away from obvious liquidity zones

    • Remove:

      • All DCA orders

      • All limit orders

Especially during volatile or greedy market phases.

Leaving trades open without protection is not confidence — it’s Irresponsibility.

    Final Words:

    • Keep you alive during bad phases

    • Protect your capital

    • Build long-term consistency

    Markets don’t punish traders randomly.
    They punish Undisciplined Behavior.

Follow Rules → Survive → Grow.
    Break Rules = Lose
