What is Trading Pair?
A trading pair shows which two assets can be exchanged against each other — e.g., BTC/INR means you can trade Bitcoin for Indian Rupees.
Full Explanation
A trading pair defines two assets that can be traded against each other on an exchange. Format: BASE/QUOTE (e.g., BTC/INR, ETH/USDT). The base currency is what you're buying/selling; the quote currency is what you pay with. On Indian exchanges like CoinDCX, pairs include INR pairs (BTC/INR) and USDT pairs (ETH/USDT). On DEXs, pairs are determined by liquidity pools. Major pairs have higher liquidity and tighter spreads.
