What is Crypto Portfolio?
A crypto portfolio is your collection of cryptocurrency holdings. Diversification across different coins and sectors reduces risk — don't put all your money in one coin.
Full Explanation
A crypto portfolio is the combination of all cryptocurrency assets you own. Portfolio management involves: asset allocation (how much in BTC, ETH, altcoins), diversification (across sectors — DeFi, L1, L2, gaming), rebalancing (adjusting percentages periodically), risk management (position sizing, stop-losses), and tax planning. Common allocation for beginners: 50-60% Bitcoin, 20-30% Ethereum, 10-20% carefully selected altcoins. Never allocate more than 5% of your total portfolio to any single small-cap altcoin.
Example
A beginner's portfolio: 50% BTC, 25% ETH, 10% SOL, 5% LINK, 5% MATIC, 5% stablecoins. Review and rebalance quarterly.
