AI-Augmented Weekly Workflow

Goal

Define exactly where AI adds value in your Sunday routine — and where it should not be used — so the workflow is both faster and more rigorous.

Mistake This Prevents

Either not using AI at all (missing efficiency gains) or using it too liberally (replacing your own judgment in areas where AI is unreliable).

The AI-Augmented Sunday Workflow

8:00–8:15 AM — On-Chain Check (Manual Only)

• CryptoQuant: BTC exchange flows
• Glassnode: SOPR, whale wallets
• Record in snapshot report
• AI use: None. On-chain requires live data.

8:15–8:30 AM — Derivatives Snapshot (Manual + AI)

• CoinGlass: Funding, OI, L/S ratio, liquidation map
• Record all figures manually
• AI use: After recording, run a synthesis prompt: "Given these derivatives readings: [paste], classify the overall derivatives condition as BULLISH/NEUTRAL/CAUTION/STAND ASIDE and explain the key driver."

8:30–8:45 AM — Macro & Sentiment (Manual + AI)

• Check Fear & Greed manually at alternative.me
• Check economic calendar for the week manually
• AI use: "Given this week's macro events: [Fed meeting Tue, CPI Wed], and current F&G of 45, draft a 2-sentence macro context note for my weekly snapshot report."

8:45–9:05 AM — Technical Analysis (Manual Only)

• TradingView: weekly and daily chart review
• Structure labelling, S/R levels, playbook identification
• AI use: None. Chart reading requires real-time price data.

9:05–9:15 AM — Weekly Outlook Synthesis (Manual + AI)

• Record all scores (on-chain, derivatives, sentiment)
• AI use: "Here are this week's scores: [paste]. Help me write a clear, concise weekly outlook paragraph in the format: 'This week, on-chain shows... Sentiment is... Derivatives indicate... Combined score: X/10. Planned actions: 1. ___ 2. ___'"
• Edit the AI draft — it is your report, not the AI's

9:15–9:20 AM — Trade Plan Review (AI Devil's Advocate)

• For any live trade being considered this week
• AI use: Devil's advocate prompt (from Lesson 5)

Checklist

• On-chain and TA sections are always manual (no AI)
• AI used only for synthesis and drafting after manual data collection
• AI-drafted paragraphs are always edited and personalised before saving
